Ayurveda Has Been Called The Science Of Life

ancient wisdom

Ayurveda opens up a way of living in balance with nature which leads to greater vitality and flexibility in dealing with the natural changes which we all experience. Coming from the 5,000 year old Vedic tradition in India, we learn to recognize and nourish our Ayurvedic Constitutions,
composed of the three primary doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – thereby enhancing our essential life force, prana. Our constitutions are constantly challenged by change: changes in the seasons, weather, and life’s inevitable transitions, each of which can throw our doshas out of balance causing pain, stress, fatigue and just feeling “out of sorts.”

By practicing Ayurveda, with its practical and powerful tools, we are able to find the lives we really want:
  • Creating vitality through a dosha balancing Ayurvedic plan tailored to our individual needs.
  • Learning to recognize the subtle differences when our doshas are out of balance or in balance.
  • Developing specific tools (including lifestyle, daily routine, nutrition, and Ayurvedic Yoga) to help bring our doshas back into balance.
